Terms of Use

  • This is an agreement between IW Technologies LLC the developers of the VideosMate Script and "YOU", who is being licensed to use the named Software.
  • You hereby acknowledge that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. IW Technologies LLC is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the VideosMate Organizer Script.
  • This License permits You to install the Software on a single domain and you also acknowledge that you will NOT resell or make any illegal copies of the Script unless expressly authorized by the developer.
  • In case of a breach of the Agreement, the developer reserves the right to take any legal action that may be necessary to remedy the issue in question.
  • This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and other applicable State contracts for other countries.
  • You agree that the developer of the script will not be liable in any way for any issues that may arise out of its use.
  • You agree that this script is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • You agree that you cannot modify or redistribute the script without permission from the developer.
  • You agree not to remove the copyright links unless you have acquired the rights by purchasing a license.You also agree that a breach of this agreement may lead to criminal prosecution or your site being reported for disciplinary action to your domain registrar or hosting provider.
